The artist Abel Korinsky from Berlin creates a magical world with the audio-visual installation “YAKAMOZ” at Haydarpaşa Ferry Port for Be Mobile-Create Together! Project that brings the French Cultural Centre, Netherlands Embassy, Goethe Institute, and IKSV together within EU-Turkey Intercultural Dialogue Programme.

Abel Korinsky studied at the University of the Arts in Berlin. He founded the studio Korinsky with his twin brother. Abel Korinsky comes from a strong fine art and at the same time a solid art background.
During his studies, he specialized in media art to broaden his horizons of art. He is interested in creating imaginative worlds that are atmospheric and fluid and playing with the perception of the audience through experiments about human voice perception.
Studio Korinsky has developed large-scale installations for public space and has exhibited his audiovisual works internationally. Studio Korinsky’s work has also been exhibited at Ars Electronica Linz, Melbourne Biennale, Grace Cathedral San Francisco, Dnipro Art Museum, Kestnergesellschaft Hannover and Berlin Cathedral.
